ALCAR + NALT

Improves energy level: N-acetyl-L-tyrosine (NALT) acts as a precursor in the synthesis of dopamine that occurs in the central nervous system. Among other things, this neurotransmitter is responsible for improving energy level and motivation to act. Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR), on the other hand, regulates the production of dopamine and the density of its receptors. It also stimulates metabolism within the cells, especially in the central nervous system, where it increases glucose uptake (by up to 20%) and its conversion into energy. This mechanism improves efficiency of neurons, boosting energy levels.

Supports physical endurance: Acetyl-L-carnitine intensifies the activity of mitochondria and thus affects energy production in the cells of the whole body, including muscle fibers.
