Neuroregulation
Regain your brain’s potential
Neuroregulation is the process of restoring balance to the nervous system and optimising the functioning of the entire body. The goal of neuroregulation is to permanently improve your mental and physical abilities, including cognitive work, motivation, mood and stress resilience. The functioning of your brain largely depends on the activity of neurotransmitters – substances that transmit signals between neurons – primarily dopamine, acetylcholine, serotonin and GABA. Neuroregulation helps to consciously implement changes that will ensure the balanced functioning of neurotransmitters. This, in turn, will result in noticeable benefits leading to improved well-being and quality of life. You can achieve this through a personalised strategy that includes supplementation, diet, as well as physical and intellectual activities.
Quality of life
The fast pace of life, stress and a multitude of responsibilities are typical problems of modern everyday life that affect almost all of us.
- For a good MOOD, do you need a glass of wine or rather a whole bottle, in addition to candles?
- Is RELAXATION a mythical land bordering El Dorado for you?
- Do you get your ENERGY for life from chocolate bars and litres of coffee?
- Do you ever comb through your MEMORY in search of your car keys or words that are on the tip of your tongue? Or maybe, just like us, you want to live life to the fullest and ‘reach beyond the horizon’?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, then neuroregulation is for you. Our experts are here to help you to deal with problems that limit your natural potential.

Diagnostics
The first step towards effective neuroregulation is a properly conducted diagnosis. It enables a reliable assessment of the neurophysiological state of the body and, if necessary, the development of an appropriate therapeutic strategy. Why is this so important? In order to effectively solve a problem, it is first necessary to identify its source and understand the relationships between our brain activity and the psychophysical balance of the entire body. Thanks to the hard work of scientists, methods have been developed that enable a detailed analysis of the nervous system and its condition. The knowledge gained with the help of selected diagnostic methods helps in planning the right neuroregulatory strategy.
Therapy
After conducting a thorough diagnosis, the next step in the neuroregulation process is to take appropriate therapeutic measures. Knowledge of your body’s neurophysiological state is crucial to accurately identify your strengths and weaknesses, as well as possible deficits in the activity of basic neurotransmitters. If you want to plan your own neuroregulation strategy, use the ready-made therapeutic protocols that we have developed specifically to support the activity of each of the four main neurotransmitters. You also have the opportunity to consult our experts, who will prepare a supplementation and exercise plan with dietary recommendations specifically for you.
The path is not difficult – it only requires your decision. You can do it in three simple steps.
Diagnostics
Get to know your brain
There are many methods for assessing the health and functioning of the nervous system. Some of them can be performed remotely using appropriate questionnaires, while others require a visit to a facility equipped with specialised equipment. It is worth bearing in mind that each diagnostic method has its advantages and disadvantages, as well as an area in which it works best. That is why it is so important to select the right method for each individual case and to incorporate it into a comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic protocol. Based on many years of experience, we have selected three methods that provide the best diagnostic results in neuroregulation. Thanks to us, you will receive information illustrating the condition of your brain and its subtle relationships with your body and mind.
Neurophysiology test
The neurophysiology test available on our website was developed based on the scientific work of Dr Eric Braverman, a world-class expert in the field of neuroscience. It is a unique tool for the intersubjective analysis of personality traits in the context of neurophysiological activity. The test was created based on the correlation between patients’ behaviours and psychological traits and the results of functional scans of their brains. Thanks to this, by identifying behavioural responses, we can describe the activity of the nervous system. A correctly completed questionnaire gives a good picture of your strengths and weaknesses and helps to determine the optimal neuroregulatory path.

STRD method
Scanning thermoregulatory diagnostics (STRD) allows for quick, non-invasive analysis of a patient’s mental and emotional state. It is an innovative method developed as a diagnostic tool in the neuroregulation process. It supports the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases and provides a holistic system for assessing the psychophysical balance of the body. It involves mapping blood microcirculation on the body surface and dynamically scanning temperature changes in response to stimuli. The collected data is analysed by a dedicated computer system and then interpreted by a diagnostician in the context of assessing the patient’s neurophysiological condition.

EEG method
Electroencephalography (EEG) is a non-invasive, painless examination. It allows the bioelectrical activity of the brain to be read, which accompanies the transmission of impulses by neurons, i.e. brain waves. These impulses are picked up by a set of sensors (electrodes) placed on the patient’s head. The results enable the creation of so-called brain maps, which show the activity of waves in specific areas of the brain, both at rest and while performing various tasks. By analysing the data obtained, it is possible to diagnose the causes of various ailments, including, for example, concentration problems. EEG also provides the basis for selecting the appropriate form of biofeedback and other therapies.

Therapy
Regain your balance
The basis for the proper functioning of our ‘command centre’ is the proper management of neurotransmitters. It should be remembered that their activity levels are variable and reflect our mental and physical condition. The dominance of one of the neurotransmitters largely determines our personality. Similarly, a deficiency of any of them is usually associated with specific problems. In order to deal with these problems, it is worth adopting the right therapeutic strategy. You can use ready-made solutions and take action yourself to fully realise your potential, or consult an expert who will help you choose the right therapeutic protocol. We are committed to maintaining a high level of service, which is why we recommend that you make an appointment for a consultation through our partner portal neuroexpert.org, which brings together highly qualified therapists and experts in the field of neuroscience.
Self-therapy
No therapy will be effective without a proper diagnosis. If you already know which neurotransmitter dominates in your body or whose activity is too low, you can proceed directly to the prescriptions. You can also try to determine your nature yourself based on the descriptions provided. However, to ensure that the therapy is effective, we recommend that you first take a remote neurophysiological test, which will quickly determine your predispositions and deficiencies. Based on this, you can develop your own action plan. If you have any doubts, you can also consult our experts, who will prepare a detailed interpretation of the results and an individual neuroregulatory strategy for you.

Expert support
Common lifestyle ailments (e.g. low energy, mood swings, low stress resistance, memory and concentration problems) may be the result of deficiencies in the nervous system. That is why it is worth making an appointment for a consultation, during which our experts will assess the psychophysical condition of your body. A neurophysiological consultation is a diagnostic and therapeutic service provided remotely. The client completes a selection test summarising their typical behaviours, emotions and attitudes. The collected data is analysed and interpreted, making it possible to create a model of the neurophysiological state. This model becomes the basis for developing an individual neuroregulatory strategy, including dietary and behavioural recommendations and a supplementation plan. All this is aimed at achieving a rapid and lasting improvement in the health of our clients.

Extension of therapeutic plans
First, we recommend a full neurophysiological consultation, as it allows for an accurate diagnosis of your neurophysiological condition and includes a wide range of recommendations to improve your body’s functioning. However, if you have already had a consultation and would like to continue your treatment protocol without having to undergo another full consultation, you can choose one of the additional plans.
Personal supplementation plan
The Personal Supplementation Plan includes a set of supplementation recommendations tailored to the individual needs of the client. This solution is intended for people who have already participated in a Neurophysiological Consultation and want to receive a comprehensive supplementation plan for the next 4-6 weeks without the need to undergo a full diagnosis again. Based on your current test results and other information gathered during the Neurophysiological Consultation, we prepare your personalised supplementation plan. It will allow you to quickly and effectively regulate your neurotransmitter balance, which will translate into a lasting improvement in your mental and physical condition. The plan is tailored to your needs and supplementation goals.
Personal Supplementation Plan
Personal diet plan
Neurotransmitters are produced through the synthesis of specific precursors that occur naturally in food. A properly balanced diet, based on a high supply of precursor compounds, cofactors and metabolism modulators, allows for the selective support of specific neurotransmitter activity. Eating habits are crucial for the condition of the nervous system and the psycho-emotional state of the client. The Individual Nutrition Plan is a service provided remotely. The client takes a behavioural test and fills out a form containing a nutritional interview. We subject the collected data to detailed interpretation, creating an individual nutrition plan tailored to the client's neurophysiological economy. The aim is to strengthen and consolidate the effects of neuroregulation by implementing beneficial eating habits.
Personal Diet Plan
Personal training plan
The Personalised Training Plan contains a set of training recommendations tailored to the individual needs of the client. This solution is intended for people who have already participated in a Neurophysiological Consultation and want to receive a comprehensive training plan for the next 1-2 weeks without having to undergo a full diagnosis again. Based on the current test results and other information gathered during the Neurophysiological Consultation, we prepare your personal plan, including recommendations for physical activity and specific training plans. Performing specific exercises helps to effectively regulate neurotransmitter metabolism, which in turn translates into a lasting improvement in your mental and physical condition. The plan is tailored to your needs, activities and training goals.
