What is the purpose of a capsule filler?

Capsules are the most convenient form of taking herbal extracts, amino acids, vitamins and other dietary supplements. They will definitely make your everyday supplementation much easier and more pleasant – especially when your recipe includes ingredients with a bad taste. The capsules are also a great solution if you need to travel and want to keep your supplements at hand. But how does one create those capsules, exactly? With a proper tool, of course! And the best option is to use a professional capsule filler. 

The machine available in our stock has been created with a single purpose – to facilitate the production of homemade supplement stacks and herbal recipes. Our capsule filler helps to close optimal doses of your ingredients in one, small, easy-to-use capsule. And it is a great time-saver too! You might spend only one evening preparing your favourite supplements for up to a few months. 

Besides that, the capsule filler is easy to store thanks to its convenient size. Modern design and intuitive mechanisms will make working with this tool a satisfying experience. It can be easily cleaned – all you need to do is to use dish soap with water. What’s more, it has been produced from high quality synthetic material which makes it significantly more durable.

You can choose between two versions of a capsule filler: 0 (for smaller capsules) and 00 (for bigger capsules). In the Accessories section of our online shop you can find empty capsules that will be proper for your machine – just make sure you get the correct size.

Manual instructions

1.
  • place the body plate on a solid, even surface
2.
  • place the frame plate on top of the body plate
3.
  • open the capsules, then put their bottom and top parts in two separate containers
4.
  • place bottom parts of your capsules on the frame plate
5.
  • slightly shake the machine to make sure that all the holes are filled
6.
  • lift up the frame plate and place the spill guard over the body plate
7.
  • pour a proper amount of your powder on the base plate (about 70-80 portions) and spread it evenly with a powder spreader
8.
  • tamp down the powder into your capsules with a tamper tool
9.
  • pour the remaining 20-30 portions of your powder on the main plate and use a powder spreader to fill up the capsules
10.
  • leave the base plate for a moment and now place the capping plate on a solid, even ground
11.
  • place the frame plate on top of the capping plate and pour top parts of the capsules
12.
  • Slightly shake the capping plate until all the holes are filled. Make sure that the capsule openings are now facing up. If they are not, correct their position manually.
13.
  • lift up the frame plate and place the middle plate on top of the capping plate
14.
  • flip the capping plate together with the middle plate and place it on the main plate
15.
  • Firmly press down on the capping plate a couple of times to close the capsules. Make sure to press evenly on the whole surface of the machine.
16.
  • Take off the capping plate and check if all the capsules are now closed. If necessary, gently press down to close them.
17.
  • lift off the frame plate and remove the capsules
18.
  • put your capsules in a suitable, tightly closed container
